Io con la mia famiglia ogni volta che ci troviamo a Cefalú, mangiamo sempre in questo ristorante. Stra-consiglio. Gentilissimi, terrazza con paesaggio suggestivo e soprattutto qualità dei prodotti altissima. Mio padre innamorato dei loro vini e noi ordiniamo sempre le zuppa di cozze. Pesce freschissimo. devo dire che questo posto mi ha davvero sorpreso,era da tantissimo tempo che non mangiavo cosi bene. i proprietari e i camerieri GENTILISSIMI. sarebbe da 10 stelle più 5 stelle michelin per quanto é buono, potete prendere tutto quello che volete ne rimarrete sempre pienamente soddisfatti. Absolutely terrible experience. It was recommended to us by the hitel receptionist and we decided to give it a go.

My wife an I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15pm and we ordered at 9:20pm. We didn't even get the drinks until 9:50pm.

My risotto arrived at 10:05pm, my wife's order nowhere to be seen. We shared the risotto and finished by 10:15pm. The main courses, nowhere to be seen until 10:45pm.

Worst thing is since we were sitting by the entrance, the front of the house lady (probably the boss'es wife) was at the cashier literally in front of us the entire evening. She saw our waiting and despair all throughout the night and did nothing. Only when we were about to leave and pay fkr the risotto and the drinks and saw it coming, she went to the kitchen's door so that we couldn't pay until the main courses arrived. Shler sneaky.

Plus, when we paid, she asked us how was the dinner and we explained how frustrating and appalling the service had been, still, she said "we have had a full house today" as if we weren't customers! Still, acknowledging the terrible service, she charged us the full amount, didn't offer a coffee or anything and said goodbye.

They only want your money!!! The food wasn't even decent. Extremely dissalointing and felt that they robbed us.

Don't risk it, go to other nicer restaurants in town!
