Yesterday we ordered food to the be delivered to our camping spot. It was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 9 PM. As we did not get it till 9PM we called the reception. At 9.15 PM they called back and told us that the order got lost and offered us Pizzas instead of the ordered Hamburgers. As we had Pizzas already that day, we did not want that. We requested our money back, which did not arrive our account by now 12.30PM next day. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–15 Service: 1
