Selection of snacks/sandwiches, which in my opinion is slightly better than in the co-op next door. Relatively large area for household goods. Unfortunately, there are often long queues at the checkout because the self-checkout has been out of operation for over a year. Actually an absolute no go in 2024. Potential for optimization exists.

Dissatisfied employees, unsatisfactory postal service: “Our priority is not the post office,” “You see how busy we have to do here in the store,” “you won't get anything from normal post office before 9 a.m.” - that's how Voi Kilchberg replied employee when I said at 8:50 a.m. that I had to get on the train in five minutes. My statement was certainly not clever, but the type of aggression and the statements were inappropriate. Perhaps employee training would be helpful.
