Everything already said by the previous speakers, absolutely great! Really hard work and especially still open in the off-season (October 30th). Full program (barbecue, wine tasting and archery) possible by telephone arrangement. Any time.

We became aware of the Demark wine cellar through a guided wine tasting at three different winemakers. Since we were pleasantly surprised by both the wines and the owner, we took part in another small wine tasting. And this time too, the wines and olive oils on offer were extremely tasty. The winemaker couple is very accommodating and friendly. Even though the range of wines available is quite manageable, their quality is still very good. They are no-frills wines. Straightforward and honest. Since the overall package of winemaker and wine is definitely very harmonious here, we can only recommend this winery and its wines. I am sure that the still young nutmeg will taste very tasty next year (i.e. 2024). We will definitely come back and try it.

I booked the wine tour & Vina Demark was one of the 3 wineries featured. The owner is super friendly and presented the wines in German, English and Italian! Super warm & you can tell how proud he is and also how much he enjoys doing it. The liqueur that we were also able to try tasted absolutely the best that I have ever drunk. We also had to take the best-seller wine home with us. Thank you for this great experience
