Veniamo da Lugano ed eravamo per il mio compleanno a cena da loro. Tutto era buonissimo, specialità della casa eccezionale. Il servizio della Sara molto piacevole, professionale e molto cordiale. Ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. Anche il suo compagno, cuoco, era una persona eccezionale. Sicuramente torneremo presto. Un caro abbraccio da Graziella &Emidio.

We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot speak to the rooms. However, we had the most enchanting lunch at this very special spot. It takes a bit of doing to get there, but once you arrive, it’s like magic. Our host was gracious and efficient and organized and delightful. She did everything herself! She cooked, she served, she enchanted us with conversation. The dishes were absolutely delicious. First, we tried the bread, cheese, and meat plate, and we all loved the potato sausage. And the warm bread from the oven! We also tried the soup and our whole family of five decided it was our favorite soup. We licked the bowl clean. My son asked me to figure out how to make it and serve it to him every time he is sick. We also tried the capuns, which were also so amazing. Capuns are a labor of love. She described getting the best Swiss chard from the farmers and meats from animals who are loved in their lifetime, and the special process she uses to make these for the guests. We were delighted with chocolate cake at the end! We can strongly recommend. XO to our host, from the family of five from Seattle who will probably talk about this meal as long as we live!

How to describe Ustria Val Sumvitg? It's a little corner of paradise nested in the Val Sumvitg, a place where you get to rest and chill and have a good night sleep. We had a lovely time there: exquisite local food like Maluns, Capuns and more, a great service, lovely rooms and possibility to enjoy a quiet moment in the nature. Sarah & Andre are such wonderful hosts, personalising the service, very professional and super friendly. Whether you need to rest, remain connected to the nature, or simply enjoy a lovely meal, I highly suggest this lovely B&B in the beautiful Val Sumvitg in Graubündnen. Thank you to our wonderful hosts Sarah and Andre.
