Posticino molto carino nella città vecchia di Ginevra dove siamo state gentilmente ospitate. Gran parte delle ricette sono caserecce. Grande passione dietro a questo concetto. Service: Dine in

Really unfortunate experience. They overcharged me by 8.80 CHF and I only realized when I asked for the receipt. They couldn’t refund me to my card so gave me change even though this is going to cause me headache for my business expenses accounting. Then they short changed me and I had to ask them for the correct change. Im sure it was all an honest mistake However, if you’re paying a lot for small portions you want an overall happy seamless experience. Also the food was just okay not super good. I was traveling for business . I really wanted to like this place because I like supporting small vegan businesses but I sadly won’t go back. **instead of just simply apologising they galight me and say i only spotted the error after paying with my phone. the error in overcharging me is not the responsiblity of the customer**
