Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize that your visit to our Confédération location didn't meet your expectations. We understand your surprise, as our Confédération menu differs from our classic restaurants. The gyoza here are prepared differently - they are poached and served with a sesame-spicy sauce rather than pan-fried, which explains the texture difference you noticed. Our ramen offerings also vary slightly from the traditional locations. However, the yuzu lemonade is identical across all locations. We recognize this can be confusing for guests familiar with our classic restaurants, and we apologize for not making these distinctions clearer.
