The chicken karaage was very good. The service was also very good, and I was happy that they serve udon noodles. Main downsides. The tonkotsu broth isn't rich enough to be a true tonkotsu ramen broth. It's a bit watered down. It was pretty hot inside when I arrived. Lastly, the chashu is not really a traditional cut. It looks more like strips of bacon, and it was served pretty undercooked. Not tender or crispy. They did comp the ramen, because of this, which I apprreciated. We ordered some sushi to take away. The sushi was very poorly rolled and the maki’s were very very small. Filled mainly with cheese and with very little fish. The rice was very soggy and the sushi fell apart when picking it up. Absolutely not worth 40 CHF per person.
