Just straight-up delicious food. What else can I say? We ordered the noodles (tsuivan) and the big beef dumplings (khuushuur) and both were incredible. The noodles were lightly sauteed with some fresh vegetables and small beef strips, with very little oil and perfectly balanced flavours. The dumplings were piping hot and wonderfully savoury, with a modest side of mixed salads. The staff were lovely, service was prompt, and if I had to nitpick at all, the music selection wasn't to my taste. Otherwise, a simply perfect dining experience.
