L'atmosfera ospitale di questo locale dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero gentile. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del veloce servizio. Il gioviale ambiente è il punto di forza di questo posto. Ma gli utenti di Google non hanno assegnato un punteggio alto al ristorante Uappala Hotel Lacona.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato le vacanze dal 9 al 16 settembre 2024. Tutto il personale gentilissimo, animatori poco partecipi nel colorare le serate, ma ragazzi gentili. la colazione e il cibo erano ottimo. Bellissima piscina. Pineta fantastica con alberi di pino. Le camere erano poco pulite, soprattutto i pavimenti e il water che era pieno di calcare. Consiglio al responsabile di controllare ogni tanto i lavori di pulizia che vengono eseguiti. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia, devo dire che e bella, unica pecca che l'hotel ti dice che sono convenzionati, ma in realtà abbiamo pagato ombrellone e due sdraio € 35,00 al giorno come altra gente che non alloggiava in hotel. Prontamente riferito e immediatamente scusandosi dell'accaduto. Ci tengo a precisare che non è una critica distruttiva, ma deve essere un obbiettivo dei proprietari per adeguare la struttura ad un solo obbiettivo, riuscire ad ottenere oltre le cinque stelle. Vacanza bellissima, servizio offerto ottimo, trattamento colazione , pranzo, cena da 5 stelle ! Bravi Rooms: Ottimo il materasso, la doccia, il bagno, manca solo uno stendino per la roba bagnata Nearby activities: Spiaggia comoda, e molto bella Safety: Tutto normale Walkability: 300 metri dal mare Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet

Don’t bother staying here if you expect a clean hotel. This is NOT a four star hotel. If they advertised that is was a one or two star hotel then I could understand, but it is not a four star hotel. Negatives: • No WiFi in rooms, only in main entrance • Awful breakfast, plates were dirty and dirty tables, plus none of the tables were cleared and full of dirty dishes • I ended up with a stomach issue for four days after the first breakfast • Walls were falling apart • Old carpet • Stains on the floor in the room • Dirty shower • No place to hang beach towels or swimsuits • Rude staff when I checked in - when I gave my drivers license I was told it isn’t a valid id card. Since when is a drivers license not a valid ID card? • Had to purchase the beach chairs even if it’s with the hotel • The pool was dirty and titles were falling off of the sides • Loud and horrible music outside of the room until late at night • No parking was available Good: • The bar tender and lifeguard were nice • the hotel was walkable to the beach We had booked and paid for four nights at this hotel and left after the first night. It was an awful hotel if you expect it to look like the pictures they have. This hotel is in need of repair. Rooms: The rooms do not feel clean.
