Immagina una combinazione tra piatti fantastici e un personale creativo: è esattamente ciò che ti dà questo ristorante. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del simpatico servizio. Il locale è ricavato all'interno di un vecchio fabbricato molto bello e curato all'interno della casbah bagherese. Da rivedere la veranda che soprattutto nelle giornate particolarmente fredde non risulta per nulla accogliente. Abbiamo scelto la formula del menù condiviso che risulta molto ricco ed abbondante anche se alcuni antipasti, a nostro avviso più interessanti, non sono inclusi. Considerato il costo suggerirei di fare una selezione più attenta e prestare più attenzione alle temperature di servizio. Complessivamente abbiamo mangiato bene ma le aspettative erano più alte considerato che avevamo già provato oramai qualche tempo fa il ristorante "maggiore". Abbiamo scelto il menù fisso 38€ + 2 di coperto (perché non scrivere direttamente: menù fisso 40€? ). Tornerei solo per gli antipasti, vari e gustosi. I primi sono arrivati dopo 45 minuti, la pasta era scotta e ho dovuto mandarla indietro (altri 15 min di attesa). Secondo me non riescono a gestire questa affluenza, dovrebbero lavorare su numeri inferiori. Tant’è vero che appena è arrivato il primo corretto, abbiamo subito chiesto il dolce! Attesa davvero eccessiva tra antipasti e primi e questa attesa non ne è valsa la pena Price per person: €40–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I have visited Tuma in Bagheria three or four times now, and I keep coming back because the food is consistently very good. The quality of the ingredients and the flavours are absolutely worth mentioning. The rest of the staff also do their best and are generally attentive and kind. That said, on my most recent visit I was a little disappointed by the service, specifically in the way the order was taken and the main course was served by who I assume is the manager. My dish was placed in front of me in a way that felt rushed and careless, almost like a school canteen experience, which really broke the atmosphere. Given the name of the restaurant, its location, and the price point, I honestly expected a more refined level of table etiquette and attention to detail — especially as a returning customer who genuinely enjoys the place. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because Tuma has great potential and wonderful food.
