This pub has a very pleasant atmosphere, and I always feel really comfortable here. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s definitely a place I enjoy coming back to. Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great little pub in this amazing valley. Fantastic selection of varried bottled beers, (my pics only show a few!) alongside the usual draft. Prices reasonable for Switzerland. Yvonne was welcoming, chatty, knowledgeable about the beers, provided drink recommendations and kept us topped up with drinks and snacks. Enjoyed being 'temporary regulars' for the days we spent in Lötschental. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Yvonne. : )

Ivonne is awesome. This summer we lived in Wiler and got to know her. She gave us great travel advice and is very knowledgeable about local craft beer. She also has quite a selection of craft beer in bottles.

The pub itself is pretty quiet most of the afternoon and evening during the summer (off season), but it gets lively later in the night when a varied and boisterous clientele rolls in. Note that as of this writing the bar is cash only. There is a convenient ATM down the street.

I can't recommend this bar enough, and if I ever get back to Wiler, revisiting Tschäggättu pub will be a highlight.
