Trümmelbach Cafe is one of those places where everything just comes together perfectly. The service was warm and attentive making you feel genuinely looked after from the moment you sit down. But what really sets this cafe apart from anywhere else is the incredible view surrounding you as you eat and drink. You are completely embraced by the stunning natural beauty of Lauterbrunnen, towering mountains, lush greenery, fresh mountain air and the sounds of nature all around you. It turns a simple meal into something truly memorable. There is something so calming and magical about sitting there, looking around and realizing you are right in the middle of one of the most beautiful places on earth. Food always tastes better when the view is this good. If you are visiting Trümmelbach Falls make sure you stop at the cafe and take your time to sit, eat and just soak it all in. On our way to the Falls, we stopped for a tuna sandwich; on the way back, for a piece of homemade apple cake and refreshments. This cute cafe is the perfect stop over. Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
