Il ristorante è gestito da ragazzi giovani molto professionali, cordiali e precisi nel servizio. Ottima proposta culinaria basata su una scelta mirata, ma realizzata con materie prime di alta qualità. Alle ordinazioni vengono aggiunte piccole stuzzicherie offerte dalla casa (palline di formaggio morbido ricoperte di croccante salato in apertura e biscottini alle nocciole fatti in casa a fine pasto col caffè) e la proposta dei vini prevede deliziosi prodotti del territorio. Il posto squisito, il cibo particolare e buonissimo, purtroppo il servizio non era come me lo ricordavo.. proprio scadente, con sufficienza e zero attenzione ai dettagli. I went with some friends, I honestly don't agree with the positive reviews... I found the prices very high for a restaurant on the outskirts... the quality was mediocre, there was nothing substantial to eat, dishes with small portions... ..cheese and pepper risotto, basically rice with pecorino cheese dissolved in water, 13 euros and a steal....in the restaurants in the city you can eat better while spending less....in principle, positive reviews shouldn't exist, as they often are biased and misleading from reality as in this case, it is useless to write if you eat well in a restaurant, it should be normal, therefore it is only biased propaganda, while it is important to read the negative reviews, because they save us consumers.. ...so we are always wary of those who advertise to locals, they are almost always friends and relatives....because a stranger doesn't bother to pay compliments, he pays, he just eats...

Even the negative ones and in any case I assure you I have more than one customer who comes, eats, compliments me and leaves a review as you did with other well-known places in Alessandria Secondly, I would like to add that the suburbs are now becoming the centre, given that there are many more events here at Cristo rather than in Corso Roma and in front of it where the exaggerated rents unfortunately force many businesses to lower their shutters!More
