We ordered two Piña Coladas: one alcoholic and one virgin. We received two drinks that tasted completely different from each other, but both were definitely non-alcoholic. However, what surprised us the most wasn't the messed-up order, but the waitress's reaction. When we tried to explain the mistake, she completely ignored our concern and outright refused to address the situation or even speak to the bartender. I understand that mix-ups happen behind the bar—that is perfectly normal. But such a dismissive attitude and complete indifference from the staff is truly depressing. Very disappointing experience. Price per person: €20–25 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
