Crap service, crap spritz and they don’t give you options to not tip! Paid 12.60F they only like to serve people who speak French. Gives Geneva a very bad taste because of these people who don’t appreciate tourists. Taking my money elsewhere. We were going to have more drinks and lunch but no way wasting our money here. Service: 1 Price per person: CHF 10–20

Hello there, First of all thank you for your comment. I would like to rectify first about the tip : it’s absolutely not true that you must tip. The card machine as everywhere else offer you to but there is a “no” button at the bottom which is as big as the other ones. Secondly the spritz : its written on the menu that is Rondo spritz which is a small brand from north of Italy and yes its effectively not the brand Apérol as you maybe was waiting for. The term crap is slightly vulgar to be honest. And to finish , we do love people, tourist or locals actually, otherwise we probably wouldn’t be there . Even though sometimes the staff don’t have a perfect English , they do try their best. Im sorry your experience wasn’t as high as expected and wish you a pleasant summer .
