Very nicely renovated Hotel, very modern interior design, room super clean, bed very comfortable, standard swiss breakfast with some wurst, cheese, cereals, eggs, croissants, etc. You can easily check-in/check-out online, open doors with your phone, very convenient. The hotel is accessible by bus within 4 minutes from the train station. Service: 5

Die Möglichkeit des digitalisierten Check-ins bietet sich beim später Anreise besonders gut an. Wer es jedoch klassisch mag, kann auch zu unseren regulären Öffnungszeiten vor Ort einchecken. The only way I can describe this hotel is that it simply sucks. If there were negative stars I would give them happily. Despite the fact that the hotel is quite modern with decent amenities in the room, the restaurant has been under construction and remodeling for a long while and there is no staff to even support cleaning the rooms, clean towels etc. etc, etc. Despite its modern facilities, it does not have any way of cooling the rooms and the temps were in the high 20s and even 30s. What was most disappointing was the lack of enthusiasm on behalf of the limited staff that is left to make guests comfortable. They are simply past the point of caring. I cannot blame them and put it solely on the shoulder of the management. My two cents, close the bloody place down, get your act together or find another buyer who knows how to manage hospitality. Having traveled to Switzerland many times before it was certainly way below the renowned Swiss hospitality. Service: 1
