Grazie ragazzi, atmosfera perfetta, servizio accurato, cibo squisito. Tutto al top! Da non perdere gli spaghettoni con le sarde ma anche il resto della carta di pesce è stupenda! Noi ci veniamo 3, 4 volte l’anno e non ci delude mai. Stasera abbiamo portato con noi a cena un Molisano che è rimasto deliziato dal cibo ma anche da tutto il “contesto”. BRAVI! The environment is welcoming and refined, with a warm and familiar atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the perfect dish or wine for you. Sublime lake fish dishes But the real star of the Muliner is the cuisine. The dishes are prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients, mainly coming from Lake Iseo. The house specialty is lake fish, which is cooked impeccably. I had the opportunity to taste the baked tench with polenta from Clusane De.Co. and it was a true masterpiece: the tench was perfectly cooked, with the meat soft and tasty, and the polenta creamy and delicious. A dream champagne cellar In addition to excellent cuisine, Trattoria del Muliner also boasts a truly exceptional champagne cellar. I was surprised by the huge choice of labels, both among the big names and among the small producers. The staff are very expert in champagne and will be able to recommend the perfect bubble to accompany your meal. An experience not to be missed If you are looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy an excellent dinner based on lake fish and champagne, Trattoria del Muliner is the perfect place for you. The prices are slightly high, but the quality of the food and wine more than justifies them. I highly recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends. In addition to what was already said in my previous review, I would like to add that the Trattoria del Muliner offers a really useful service for owners of electric cars: a Porsche car charger. The charging station is located right in front of the restaurant, and is very convenient to use.
