We were guests at the Antico Frutto farmhouse and we had lunch, aperitif and dinner at the Trattoria del Cervo. Excellent food: the pasta is homemade and the sauces to match are exceptional (I recommend tagliatelle with wild boar rag¹); the grill is completely satisfying (the piece of mutton is very good); the Florentine steak is spectacular and large enough to feed two adults and two little girls; fried piadina to eat with cold cuts or as is; soft and tasty stewed deer. Excellent service: everything managed by young, well-trained and very nice guys who know how to move and satisfy customers' needs. Excellent environment: atmosphere of the old taverns but reminiscent in some aspects of a mountain hut; well-kept and managed outdoor areas, as well as the aperitif area which in my opinion is very suggestive; the presence of sweet and docile dogs and kittens makes everything very magical. Phenomenal prices: the evening I spent the most (and ate the most) I "shelled out" a total of ¬80... for four of us. If you want to spend a pleasant evening immersed in nature (you are in the middle of the Apennines), eating excellent food and spending little (in these times!) I highly recommend you go to Trattoria del Cervo (always good to book because they have a good number of customers) .
