I would like to point out that our decision to ask for the consumption of two savory dishes is now in use in several restaurants and in our case we notified those who booked by telephone, invited them to consult the menu in advance on our website, and then put them in a position to confirm or not. the reservation but evidently it was not communicated to you by whoever took charge of the reservation. The menu is also displayed outside the restaurant with the wording as required by law, on the entrance door and inside the restaurant. You are free to enter or not because we don't force anyone, I'll give you a very banal example, I like a Rolex watch... I go into the shop to buy it if I can afford it otherwise I don't criticize the cost. I also allow myself to defend the lady in question because you came three times to ask for explanations, also wasting our time. I prefer not to let those who are irritating with us and don't understand what's behind our work sit at our tables rather than "make up the numbers" and not please people, because with 12 more and probably dissatisfied people I won't become richer, but not even poor and after 24 years of activity I think I can afford to make this type of decision.
