Il tris di primi e le seadas con la ricotta "come una volta"... hai citato proprio i piatti che ci stanno più a cuore, quelli che raccontano la Sardegna di ieri fatta con le mani di oggi.Però lascia che ti faccia una domanda, con il sorriso: ho riletto la tua recensione tre volte e trovo solo cose belle, "ottimo", "consigliato", i piatti che ti sono piaciuti. E allora... dov'è finita la quinta stella? Qualcosa deve pur averti lasciato con un piccolo dubbio! Noi siamo una piccola trattoria di paese e vogliamo migliorare sempre, quindi se c'è un dettaglio che possiamo curare meglio, dimmelo pure, lo prendo come un regalo. Le nostre ricette vengono proprio da una nonna, la mia, nonna Peppina, che ha aperto questa trattoria nel 1958. Quindi quando ritrovi in un piatto il sapore della tua infanzia, non è un caso: è la cucina di una nonna che parla a chi ha avuto la fortuna di averne una ai fornelli.E si vede che sei una che se ne intende, hai assaggiato quasi tutto e sai di cosa parli. Per questo il tuo giudizio vale doppio. Che i tempi di attesa restino brevi anche a sala piena è una cosa a cui teniamo tanto: rispettare il tempo degli ospiti fa parte dell'accoglienza.
