Fantastico fine settimana di gennaio! Superlativa la colazione a buffet, cena curata e sorprendente. L’appartamento perfetto è ben attrezzato. Che dire dei 2000mq di spa? Meravigliosa!!! Sempre disponibili le saune, le piscine e le vasche idromassaggio. Ho usufruito di un massaggio totalbody davvero rigenerante. Dintorni ottimi per escursioni a piedi. Servizio navetta verso le piste da sci davvero ottimo. Da ripetere!!

Abbiamo trascorso il weekend per il mio compleanno con due bambini. E' stato tutto bellissimo. Oltre le aspettative. Cucina meravigliosa e servizio sala eccellente. Spa grande e molto bella. piscina all'aperto veramente bellissima.

I took advantage of the "Day Spa" and what can I say about the spa, except that it is something heavenly. Beautiful, modern, clean, organised, it's difficult to even think of how it can be improved. Heaven on earth, at an overall affordable price. From 10 stars Alas, a sore point, and hence the 4 overall stars, is the lunch, with a service that would be poor even for a fast food restaurant. Superficial, unprepared and cheap waiters. There were more of them than there were tables (3) and they managed to make us wait (and waste) 1 hour!!! of time for a dish. Not only had they missed the order, but they kept telling each other "that table is missing" and arguing loudly within earshot of the customers, something that even a child can understand shouldn't be done. They made personal comments in a loud voice, they asked us if we wanted coffee before bringing us food, and they served us 2 glasses of a very banal red wine with cork inside for the very modest sum of €12 per glass (a steal) which we didn't have. had it changed so as not to waste further time. A truly terrible experience, unnerving and in stark contrast to the well-being that is sought in this type of structure. Ultimately: I recommend the day spa to everyone, but I also recommend bringing your own food, and avoiding the restaurant area like the plague. I advise the waiters to think about dedicating themselves to other jobs, and to the owners to take urgent measures to give dignity to the service, which at the moment is indecent (apologies when you are at the checkout are not enough). And it's really a shame for such a high level spa...
