Cucina di mare creativa, molto gustosa. Propongono un menù fisso di 5 portate più un dolcetto a 70€, le bevande non sono incluse, si comincia con un entree offerta dalla casa. Ottime materie prime. Porzioni piccole, sono uscito con un po' di fame. Personale cortese ed efficiente. Servizio rapido. Caratteristico trabocco, bellissimo. Per raggiungerlo non ho visto indicazioni, sulla litoranea ho seguito un cartello "mare" che indicava una laterale strada bianca, che mi ha portato vicino alla ciclabile dei Trabocchi da dove ho raggiunto il ristorante in 5 minuti a piedi. Provatelo, ma fate in fretta, ad ottobre chiudono e dovrete aspettare la riapertura il prossimo anno. Consigliata la prenotazione. I'm sorry to give a negative review, before doing so I thought about it for a few days so as not to act on impulse. The facts: my partner and I live in Lombardy but we have some relatives in Pescara, who we decide to visit over the long weekend of November 1st. Some time before I had read an article that enthusiastically reviewed this trabocco so we decided to take the opportunity to try it. Since we have the possibility, we book directly through Google; a few days before the chosen date I receive an email from the restaurant asking me for confirmation, I confirm and receive in response the directions to reach the place. Which we arrive after 40 minutes by car and another 40 minutes of (very pleasant) walking along the Via Verde. To find out it's closed! After several attempts at the indicated telephone number they reply that yes, they have closed for the end of the season and that the site responds "automatically" to reservations made via the Internet. The person I spoke to was very kind and apologetic. However, I think that a restaurant that has the ambition of positioning itself in a high-end segment (and I am sure it is from a culinary point of view) should also take care of the aspects related to reservations and contact with the public, who could come from far away to try the experience. We hope to have the opportunity to return, because in any case we are still attracted by it.
