Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and inattentive. We had to wait far too long just to have our order taken, and when it finally arrived, the straws and glasses smelled awful. The matcha we ordered was disgusting. When we decided to leave and pay, nobody even noticed us. Overall, the service was HORRIBLE. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Price per person: €5–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very unpleasant service, a man who make coffee clearly was agitated and put it out to clients. Refuse to put sugar to ice coffee, refuse to put extra espresso. Portions of ice creams depends of the person serving it. In this place you eat as they like not how you want it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
