Dopo aver visto la Statue of Frankenstein, vai in questo ristorante. L'aspetto più interessante di questo locale è la cucina italiana. Vale la pena di venire al ristorante Tortellino per provare degli esotici pizza, terrina e paté. È una bella idea ordinare i curatissimi parfait e tiramisù. Qui si possono provare un ottimo limoncello.
Un aspetto positivo di questo posto è che il personale è davvero cortese. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto dell'encomiabile servizio. I prezzi di questo ristorante valgono la pena di essere considerati perché sono adeguati. L'ambiente è fichissimo, a detta dei visitatori. Piatti prelibati e abbondanti. Il localo molto carino e accogliente, gestito da veri italiani. Servizio ottimo e velocissimo, chiudendo gli occhi sembra di essere in Italia. Caffè sopra la media locale. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Horrible experience at Tortellino the other night. I called to order 3 pizzas and was told that it would take 15 min. I arrived at the restaurant and was told that the pizzas were now in the oven and it would be coming soon. After another 15 min had gone by, I simply asked the gentleman if the pizzas were ready to which he angrily sighed and went to check. He came back and said it would be a few more minutes. Finally the pizzas were ready and the gentleman carried them over and in a mocking voice said they were done and that they don’t cook in 5 minutes. I calmly answered that there was no problem that it takes time to cook, but that we were told it would be 15 min and over 30 min had passed. Agitated, the gentleman then proceeds to rudely tell me that he doesn’t know how long it takes for the pizzas to cook and sarcastically apologized. I was shocked at his lack of professionalism especially after simply asking if the food was ready, but what was even more shocking was the food itself. The presentation was far from acceptable with one pizza folded over in the box, toppings throw without care on the pizza, and overall poor taste and quality. I would absolutely never eat it again even if it was free nor will I ever give them my business. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
