So this is the second time I ate in Bistro Top in 2 years. 2 years ago, we ordered delivery - 4 fried squids with potatos. They were good, except we found hair in 2 meals. Now, we decided to give it a second shoot. Even before we got there, we called them to see if they are opened, since it was Sunday. The woman that answered was uninterested and kind of rough over the phone, but we agreed to go there since we were close. The moment we got there, with our 2 kids, the vibe that the waitress gave us was horrible. We felt like she doesn't even want us to eat there. No smile, no kid words, like a robot. When we ordered coffee, tea, and juices for the kids, we received them quickly. Then we ordered the food, which also got pretty quick. The issue is that the coffe mug was empty, the tea mug was empty, the ashtray had our 3 cigarettes and some napkins from wiping the kids, but the waitress did not take that and cleaned our table prior to the meal. Cevapi and fries were ok, but not once did she show up to ask is everything okay or do we need anything, even thoug there was only two tables with people in the restaurant, so it wasn't busy. When my wife went inside to ask for two glasses of water for our kids, the waitress didnt said a word. No thanks, please, here you go, nothing. It is weird to eat somewhere where they treat you as some lowlife, and you have plenty of money in your pocket for good food and service. This was the first time in my life that I haven't left the staff not 1 cent for the tip, and I had some bad experiences with restaurant services before. Hope they treat foreigners nicer than that, bit my recommendation is to avoid that restaurant, at least when she is working there. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
