In generale qualità del cibo buona ma prezzi esageratamente elevati. Inoltre, mi permetto di suggerire che con un conto superiore ai 350 euro l'ammazzacaffè lo si offre. È un gesto di cortesia che dimostra che il cliente non è solo una fonte di reddito ma anche un ospite.

We order the pizzas on Deliveroo but decide to pick them up at the pizzeria because we had been waiting for the rider for too long (so far it's not their fault). We arrive and the pizzas had not been available for half an hour (on the phone they told me that they only put the pizzas in the oven when the rider arrives). The owners raise their voices at us only because we complained about the fact that the pizzas were firm, cold, rubbery. After a bit of controversy they allow us to "remake" the pizzas. After waiting 20 minutes they give us the pizzas and we immediately realize that they were the same as before. In fact, they were watery, rubbery and cold. Croce at Tola Bistrot, not so much for the error via deliveroo, but for how they handled the problem. I repeat: you claim to be right when you're wrong, you raise your voices at us and then you even make fun of us. Never again

Dear Mr. Lorrai, responding to an imaginative reconstruction that brings with it a strange reversal of roles, seems inelegant and inappropriate to us.
