Unfortunately we do not deliver to the other side of …Good morning, We are sorry to hear that. Our restaurant delivers within a 16 km radius in the canton of Neuchâtel only. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the other side of the lake. Your destination is 10 km away as the crow flies, but mobilizing an employee for delivery around the lake to another canton requires too many resources for our modest restaurant. The algorithm used by the UberEats platform to define delivery zones does not take into account these different parameters, especially geographical ones, and we are sorry for this. We know the expectations of all our customers in your area and hope to find solutions to be able to deliver your sushi to you. In the meantime we will continue to improve our communication.
