We recently had a fantastic and extra-ordinary evening out in Switzerland, by booking the chef’s table for max 8 guests at Tisch 26 in Kanton Uri. It is by the way the only table, so it’s a complete private luxury high end experience. Daniel and Gabrielle will welcome you in their small but beautifully appointed lodge in the midst of nature. The views are breathtaking. A 4 course meal will be prepared to your liking by Daniel and his spouse Gabrielle will be ensuring the apero and wines are at a similarly high level of quality and refinement as the food. Getting to the lodge is a beautiful easy 25 minute walk through the snow in winter, outside of winter you can drive directly to the property (although I would still recommend the walk). Highly recommended for either lunch or dinner. I would say it was a once in a life time experience, but then again, we hope to be back here on a regular basis! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
