After 35 minutes of waiting in line, I ordered 3 burgers, 1 of which without sauce. I was told that it was not possible that the cook was going to add sauce and that I just had to scrape it off to remove it afterwards!!! The only advantage is that in addition to being particularly unhelpful, they are very expensive! We went to eat elsewhere! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

As for our prices, they reflect the quality of the ingredients and the care given to our dishes. We hope that you have found a service elsewhere capable of meeting your demanding culinary requirements. Thanks anyway for your contribution to our queue. Ps: context (for readers of the reviews) this gentleman arrived exhausted by the multiple queues no doubt, aggressive and said, I quote, "if you don't make burgers without sauce I'm leaving". On a busy day, it is common sense not to make special requests but apparently the gentleman wanted to complain and above all, he took the time to create a Google account just for this review.More
