If you want to remember Kacic Square, come to this restaurant first. Timun is a right choice if you are in the mood for the Mediterranean cuisine. You will like its food, especially good seafood pizza, calamari and grilled tuna. Delicious house wine, white wine or beer are the most popular drinks of this place. You will hardly forget great coffee that you can order.
The cozy atmosphere of this spot allows visitors to relax after a hard working day. The staff is said to be competent here. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this restaurant. Prices here are reported to be reasonable. Timun has got Google 4.4 according to the guests' opinions.

Ordered a meal which wasn't on the menu (pasticada) and they had no problem prepare it for me. The taste was excellent, the same with every other meal we had there. The staff was extremely kind too. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing view, tasty food and great service. I liked soups and tuna salad the best.

For the last evening of our holiday in Makarska, we chose the restaurant Timun. In the morning we booked a special table with a beautiful sea view and we were really looking forward to the dinner we wanted to enjoy. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant at the reserved time, our reserved table was occupied and the arrogant staff referred us to a table in the corner without a sea view. After our futile argument about the unfairness of the negotiations, we were forced to leave this arrogant restaurant with the spoiled beginning of our planned nice evening. Also, the Croatian hospitality was saved by the next restaurant Pape, where they took care of us as guests as they should. We have never before encountered a similar behavior towards the guest as in the restaurant Timun, which is a disgrace to the otherwise beautiful and hospitable Dalmatia.The owner's response to legitimate criticism, "Sorry but we don't serve idiots," speaks for itself. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, only a vulgarly primitive arrogant attack capturing the character and atmosphere of the restaurant. The owner and staff of the restaurant think of the guests as idiots who still have to pay them for their terrible behavior. Shame!!! Shame!!! Shame!!!,, Restaurant ,, Timun on Makarska never again. The End.
