You will hardly forget great coffee that you can order.

Abbiamo aspettato 1h30 prima di ricevere il nostro ordine, senza che fossimo stati avvisati prima dell'attesa. Ci avevano promesso del pane che non è mai arrivato. Cozze per metà chiuse e quindi immangiabili, ma anche le altre asciutte. Mentre aspettavamo, al tavolo accanto si è svolta una fastidiosa discussione ad alta voce tra un cliente insoddisfatto e maleducato e lo staff a sua volta maleducato e poco professionale. Al momento del pagamento, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni per l'attesa e ci è stato detto che ci era stato comunicato prima e che eravamo in ritardo noi (assolutamente falso). Sarebbe bastata qualche piccola attenzione durante l'attesa per migliorare la nostra esperienza. Trappola per i turisti, sconsigliato!

For the last evening of our holiday in Makarska, we chose the restaurant Timun. In the morning we booked a special table with a beautiful sea view and we were really looking forward to the dinner we wanted to enjoy. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant at the reserved time, our reserved table was occupied and the arrogant staff referred us to a table in the corner without a sea view. After our futile argument about the unfairness of the negotiations, we were forced to leave this arrogant restaurant with the spoiled beginning of our planned nice evening. Also, the Croatian hospitality was saved by the next restaurant Pape, where they took care of us as guests as they should. We have never before encountered a similar behavior towards the guest as in the restaurant Timun, which is a disgrace to the otherwise beautiful and hospitable Dalmatia.The owner's response to legitimate criticism, "Sorry but we don't serve idiots," speaks for itself. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, only a vulgarly primitive arrogant attack capturing the character and atmosphere of the restaurant. The owner and staff of the restaurant think of the guests as idiots who still have to pay them for their terrible behavior. Shame!!! Shame!!! Shame!!!,, Restaurant ,, Timun on Makarska never again. The End.
