I had a truly disappointing experience at Timeout Bowling in Thun. The service was unfriendly, to put it mildly. Beware when checking out; the two girls handling the service seemed determined to pad the final bill. In our case, they attempted to add around ~30 Swiss Francs in extra charges, but we caught them red-handed. This kind of dishonesty is inexcusable, and it left a sour taste in our mouths. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with the staff at Timeout Bowling.

Guten Abend Ihr habt auf Bahn 7und 8 gespielt,Ihr wart 9 Personen und habt Getränke bestellt und alles was Ihr bestellt habt wurde auf Bahn gebucht. Die 2 Frauen haben dann Euch gefragt was Ihr Konsumiert habt, dann haben Sie Euch das Verrechnet. Dann wolltet Ihr nur 9 Bowling Spiele bezahlen. Auf Bahn 7 habt Ihr 4 Spiele plus 4*7 Frame Gespielt auf Bahn 8 habt Ihr 5Spiele und 5*1 Frame. Ihr habt denn Frauen gesagt das Ihr das nicht gespielt habt und das Stimmt devenitiv nicht der Computer schreibt nicht selber und zur abrechnung eines Bowling Spiel ,das Bowling Spiel wirt pro Frame abgerechnet 10 Frame gleich 1Spiel . Ihr könnt Morgen ins Bowling kommen und bei A. Bösiger melden.
