We spend only one night here as we land in Zagreb very late and decided not to drive back home same night. Very convinient, short ride from airport. Triple room is very spacious, well equiped and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was rich and good addition to overnight stay. The only suggestion would be to extend breakfast time . Service: 4

Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the massages and that's the only place I like to go, but since they changed the masseuse, I had a massage and after the massage I started having pain in my neck. It turned out to be a sprained and strained cervical spine. The blue ladies are nice, but obviously not professional. A warning to everyone to be careful who they go to. And that massage was supposed to be a classic massage, but now I end up having to pay a physiotherapist and drink painkillers. Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5

Reception was not helpful with our bathtub drain issues and room curtains wont fully close, toilet heater doesn’t work. Called reception told me he can’t do anything with the issues. Reception person is rude. Service: 1
