Unbelievably rude waitress. We arrived to the hotel late after traveling all day with no food and went straight to the restaurant. The only waitress working tonight was extremely grumpy and clearly didn’t want to serve us even though it was 20 minutes until close. I understand it’s not ideal but when a restaurant is in a hotel I think it’s fair to expect these situations. Without even offering us a menu she looked as us like we were idiots and said “what do you want? What do you want?” We offered to order room service if they didn’t want us to eat in the restaurant. Tried to explain how hungry and tired we were and she just rolled her eyes and walked off without saying much. Couldn’t have started off our stay at the hotel in a worse way. Very disappointed. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
