AMATEURS IN THE RUN... I remember trying this pizzeria on our first day in Bisacquino. It was a fair day and there were many stalls in the main street, once you entered The Just you couldn't understand anything. Few tables, very little space and the disorganization was evident. Found a tiny table, I sat down with a friend of mine and we ordered a small appetizer and two pizzas. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR NOT EVEN THE STARTER ARRIVED, after a reminder to the lady it arrived and after almost another hour the two pizzas did too. After observing and asking around, we were told that it was a family business, but we never understood who was in charge in there. A lot of commitment but little general direction. You can see that the people who work there are not in the profession. Overall, the pizza was appreciable but the tall, thin girl with the tail exuded a real dislike! Never again The Just Prezioso.
