We stopped by The Swiss House for a light lunch and really enjoyed it. The setting is beautiful, with amazing views over the golf course and surrounding farmland, giving the whole place a peaceful Swiss countryside feel. We had the vegetarian soup and the Berg-Plättli with cheese and house sausage. The cheeses and sausages were especially good, and the fig mustard added a really nice kick. The platter is very generous though, even for two people, and we couldn’t quite finish it. The waiter was also very funny, charismatic and made the lunch even more enjoyable. Great food, warm service and one of the nicest settings around Andermatt. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40
