Likewise, we are committed to excellent service quality, with our restaurant manager having several years of experience in upscale restaurants, always striving to uphold the highest service standards. Unfortunately, we did not receive any indication of the problem or dissatisfaction from your side during your visit. A group of five of us visited the Swiss House for dinner one evening after skiing and were really impressed by the quality and friendliness of the service that Julia provided. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made fantastic recommendations on wine paring. Her passion for the restaurant and dedication to her patrons was second to none. We had a variety of Raclettes to start with the champagne one being my personal favourite, but the Blue and Truffle varieties were a close second! For mains we all had the beef tenderloin which was cooked to perfection with an extremely delicious preparation of colourful cauliflowers on the side. I was so impressed with the Raclette that I had an additional course instead of dessert. This time Julie recommended a bespoke version which incorporated wild fennel and a wine parring to compliment it. Both were excellent and really satisfied my pallet. I know the restaurant is new, but it’s clear that under her leadership and that of the head chef, that the Swiss House will go from strength to strength and achieve the highest level of honours. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant and whilst they didn’t have many gluten free options, Julia was committed to fixing this problem by ensuring that they stocked substitutes for sandwich bread and burger buns.
