We are saddened to hear that our service and offering did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to inform you that all of our dishes are homemade and prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Likewise, we are committed to excellent service quality, with our restaurant manager having several years of experience in upscale restaurants, always striving to uphold the highest service standards. Unfortunately, we did not receive any indication of the problem or dissatisfaction from your side during your visit. It would have been very important for us to address your concerns on-site in order to find an immediate solution. Nevertheless, we will make sure to share your comments with our service and culinary team for further review and improvement.
