This was an excellent day. We very much enjoyed the instruction from Chef Giuseppe. The learning experience was amazing. The food was beyond delicious. We were very proud of our creations. I highly recommend taking a day to experience authentic Italian culture.

We had an amazing time at The Olive Press Kitchen with Chef Giuseppe Mazzocchi! He shared with us a number of amazing recipes that we can’t wait to impress our friends with by cooking them. My personal favorite was the risotto, though the lemon vanilla custard is definitely a close second! Thank you Chef Giuseppe!

Our family took a cooking class with Giuseppe and had a fantastic time! Shopping in the farmer's market, then going to his kitchen to prepare the meal. He is very personable, a great host and chef. We made naked ravioli (the shapped filling without pasta) in butter and sage and Tuscan macaroni in a simple tomato sauce. But my favorites were the fried zucchini blossoms and the lemon vanilla custard. Everything was delicious! Plus, he gave us hand-bound recipe booklets so we can try cooking at home.
