Good morning Christoph, Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a positive holiday experience for all our guests; however, we would like to clarify that you made the reservation independently and entered an incorrect age for your child, which led to the full amount being charged. According to our company policies, we are unable to issue a refund under these circumstances. Nonetheless, we have tried to accommodate you by offering a full-board lunch for 4 days. Regarding the beach service, as stated on our website, it is supposed to be suspended starting from September 30th; nevertheless, we decided to extend it for a few additional days. Unfortunately, this is due to regulations, laws, and concessions that we are obliged to comply with, and over which we have no control. We appreciate your understanding and remain available for any further clarification.
