Had the Tartar, which was juicy and just the right amount of spicy. Then a Zebra steak with the most interesting assortment of salts. It was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious, especially with the various different notes the salts added. The long wait for the hot chocolate cake was well worth it and it brought a fantastic meal to an end. Well worth the visit. Don't forget to ask the chef de Service for good wines!
