Staying in the hotel on business, had lunch in the bar, service was very poor and unfriendly. When my food arrived the fries were missing with no explanation, so after a few minutes I went to check if they were on the way-the waitress was difficult and unhelpful and eventually said she'd bring me some soon, no apology. Then she added it to the bill, at the end of the meal I explained for the second time that the fries were listed as part of the main meal and that I didn't order a side dish/extra so shouldn't be charged for them. She was very unhelpful and actually made me show her the description in the menu before she finally apologised and took them off the bill. Not impressed at all and I wondered how many times have people been unfairly charged extra. Price per person: €30–35 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
