Wow. I have been to many a Michellin starred restaurant all arround the world and in Croatia but this one is a great surprise. Not one but two stars may be in order. Currently they have none but that is surely about to change. The setting should be and can be easily improved but the food is nothing short of wonderful. The dedication to all the exceptional ingreidients that the island of Cres offers in spades is just extraordinary. Dining at The Moise is not a meal - it is a journey and the one you should take repeatedly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Our dinner at The Moise was nothing short of extraordinary. A fine-dining experience that was contemporary and experimental, yet deeply rooted in the island’s heritage. The use of exceptional quality produce, sourced locally and prepared with bold creativity, resulted in dishes that were both innovative and emotionally connected to the territory. The quality of the ingredients, the creativity of the dishes, and the flawless guest experience were all at a Michelin-star level. The young and passionate team truly impressed us, with a sous-chef whose talent and dedication shine through in every plate. The wine pairing is a must — perfectly curated to elevate each course to new heights. Simply unforgettable, and an experience I would recommend to any food lover visiting Cres. An unforgettable fine dining experience from start to finish! Every course was beautifully presented on custom, handmade plates that made the dishes feel even more special. The flavors were perfectly balanced with ingredients so fresh they practically sang. The wine pairings were exceptional — each pour matched the food perfectly, adding depth and elegance to every bite. Service was warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional, making us feel truly cared for throughout the evening. Portions are small because there are 6-7 courses (you can select what you probably want but we took it all like it was designed by chef to be served) from appetizers to deserts and you dont feel you ate too much, but you definitely won’t be hungry. Every dish is described by chef/sous-chefs that they were almost all made from local products, like fish, meat herb/flowers etc. Nice live music with perfect sunset Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
