The Capra is one of those rare hotels where you instantly feel at home. We visited in March and from the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They were so kind and thoughtful and even remembered all of our names throughout the stay, which made the experience feel especially personal. The attention to detail is truly exceptional. From the beautifully designed rooms to the small, thoughtful touches throughout the hotel that make your stay feel effortless and luxurious. Every element is clearly curated with care and intention. It was only steps away from the slopes, with a private ski concierge that makes getting on the mountain effortless. After a day on the snow, the spa was absolute heaven. The pools and saunas were the perfect way to unwind and reset. What stood out most was the balance between five star service and a deeply personal, cozy atmosphere. It never felt impersonal, just relaxed, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. We left feeling recharged, grateful, and already planning our return for the rest of our friends and family.

I had the most incredible stay at The Capra. I would 10/10 recommend. The staff is so helpful and we even got to meet the owners, who were so personable and dedicated to their work. I especially appreciated how the hotel felt both luxurious and homey, like I could relax and feel comfortable. I’ll be back!
