Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this place. I’m not claiming to be a bartender or a true expert, but this experience lacked everything: flavor, finesse, and visual appeal in the drinks. Perhaps someone was still in training, but then again, the person doing the training should take responsibility for that. Or maybe it was just an off day I ordered two classic cocktails, and both were quite poor. The Espresso Martini was missing that perfect balance of flavor, and the presentation was mediocre at best. The Negroni? The taste was incredibly flat, and once again, the presentation left a lot to be desired. A proper Negroni is best served with a single large ice cube, not a handful of small ones. That said, I can’t put all the blame on the staff. If you don’t have the right equipment, it’s hard to create something exceptional. I’ll probably come back one day to see if things have improved, but for now, here’s why my review is so critical: the drinks here are €2 more expensive than in the center of Bergamo, where they’re crafted by experienced bartenders. The price-to-quality ratio is terrible—absolutely terrible. For a drink of the quality I received, the price should have been €5-6 max. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
