Me and my girlfriend both ordered fried rice, me with duck, she vegetarian with tofu. My order arrived incorrectly once because I got chicken instead of duck (we checked again, the mistake was with Thaimania). My friend got the tofu rice, but found several pieces of chicken skin in it and couldn't eat her rice anymore. When my friend called to report this error, she only received an offer for a new portion. It would have been expected from us that we would receive a refund, but this was not offered to us. In the future, I will no longer order from Thaimania, neither in Derendingen nor in Bettlach.
