I have never had the opportunity to write such a negative review as the one I am about to express on the Bar Terme di Giunone di Caldiero. Visiting this place turned out to be a completely unpleasant experience. From the start, we were faced with rude and aggressive staff, unacceptable behavior under any circumstances, but even more astonishing considering that there were minors working the counter. I noticed a clear lack of professionalism and respect for customers on the part of these young people at risk, a clear sign of poor training and supervision. Instead of being greeted with a smile, as you would expect in such a bar, the guys working seemed stressed, overwhelmed and, in some cases, visibly agitated. A customer next to me attempted to order a coffee and ice cream, only to be responded to in rude and rude tones. Managing a bar requires a good balance between efficiency and friendliness, a balance that seems completely absent at Bar Terme di Giunone. Even considering the potential stress due to the high turnout, this does not in the slightest justify the rude and unprofessional behavior encountered. The bar environment did nothing to redeem the situation. Despite the picturesque location, the general atmosphere was tense, making it difficult to enjoy the visit. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Bar Terme di Giunone in Caldiero. It is my hope that management takes this review seriously and makes significant changes. Training of staff, especially if made up of minors, should be a priority. I hope that in the future the quality of service can be at the level that one would expect from a place so unique to the history of Caldiero.
