We had dinner at Tenuta di Maso located outside the town of Apricena. The location and atmosphere are very refined with pleasant accompanying background music and a pleasant coolness. You are welcomed by Angelapia who accompanies you to the table and leaves you both fish and meat menus. The starters were excellent, especially the salmon and orange tartare which was followed by a spectacular raw selection of oysters, prawns, clams, red prawns. Refined tastes. The first courses have an excellent combination: gnocchi with prawns and stracchino. Angelapia is always ready for the slightest hint and any need and always with a smile and polite and friendly courtesy. Martino will reach out to you for suggestions on dishes. An excellent dessert follows. It is a place where they have not bowed to the changes of commerce and modernity: a small oasis of authenticity where you feel the love for food and the use of excellent 0 km raw materials. What can I say? It deserves to go and return and reward Martino and his wife who have such respect for their profession that they instill in the customer the desire to return soon!!!
