I was at the Tchibo in Volketswil (Volkiland) for the 2nd time today and was unfortunately very disappointed. I had ordered a winter edition saltet caramel latte like last time and got something completely different, when I pointed this out to the waiter I only got an annoyed answer "that's right" as soon as I entered the shop you could feel your bad mood . I was so perplexed by this answer that I took the coffee and left. I won't set foot there again.
