We became seriously ill after eating here – severe food poisoning! Just after arriving in Split, we wanted to have some lunch. Since it was raining, we ended up at this restaurant. The host rudely waved us away, saying there was no space, even though most tables were still free. She thought we only wanted to have drinks, but we also intended to eat. Very strange. So we decided to order anyway: tuna tartare, octopus salad, and fries. The food actually tasted fine. But that same evening, all four of us became extremely sick – the one who had eaten the most was the sickest. It came out from every possible side. I can’t understand how a restaurant can be so careless with raw fish, knowing the risks that come with it. Definitely never eating here again! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good Spot in Split Old Town This place was pretty good! The pasta (although portion seemed to be a bit small at the end) tasted fresh and really good, and even the kids' plates were wiped clean. Prices were a bit higher than average, but that seems to be the norm for most spots in Split Old Town. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
