Regarding the weight of the bread, we would like to assure you that each loaf is prepared from a 600 gram dough, and after baking, it weighs approximately 500 grams. The artisanal natural fermentation method we use can cause variations in volume depending on flours and temperatures, but the weight remains constant. We understand your concerns about pricing. Please note that our prices reflect the quality of the ingredients we use, the expertise of our bakers, and the artisanal manufacturing process. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible bread, and this sometimes requires higher costs.
