sono poche cinque stelle , c'è ne vorrebbero molte di più, è stato tutto superlativo , mi sognerò le colazioni preparate da Tom nella loro terrazza. Tom e Katarina siete veramente speciali , a presto . Monica e Fabio

Staying with Tom and Katharina was amazing. The rooms, in the quiet and peaceful town of Momjan, have spectacular views over Istrian grape vines and olive groves out to the Adriatic (and even the lights of Venice at night!). Our room was spacious and luxurious, and there is a great swimming pool too. Tom and Katharina are exceptionally generous hosts and always have advice for travelling locally, exploring Istria’s natural beauty and sampling local wines. We also were able to enjoy a bottle of wine made from Tom’s own grapes, a blend of 4 white varieties. The wine was perfectly balanced with a touch of sweetness on top of fresh, crisp fruit flavours. We are incredibly grateful for Tom and Katharina’s hospitality.

We were able to spend a few wonderful days with Tom and Katarina in Momjan. As soon as you enter the town, you will be greeted by a fantastic view of the lovingly renovated Casa Dante and the stunning garden that the two of them put a lot of passion into creating. The two hosts not only exude warmth, but also the decelerating attitude to life in Istria - vacation from the first second... the design of the entire complex has been thought out down to the smallest detail... The hostess's creative eye and knack for design is reflected in every room again. Tom leaves nothing to be desired in terms of cuisine, truly a culinary journey... many of the products come from his own cultivation and are processed with a lot of love and creativity to create true culinary delights... If you still want to leave this paradise for day trips, both of them will give you valuable insider tips and routes away from the well-known tourist destinations... In short, you can't describe a holiday with Tom and Katarina in words, you just have to experience it...
